Star_Glow's Journal, 05 August 2010

So went up 0.4# today but that could just be the weight of the food difference in the vlcd vs the normal eating or it could be overdoing it with yard work yesterday evening. Yesterday was my first day to eat normal maintenance calorie amounts. I had almost all p2 foods in larger amounts except for adding in Mayo and 1oz of almonds. I was not very hungry and needed to get in a few more calories to make my calorie count above 1500. Today I plan to make homemade blender mayo with olive oil. That should be a nice addition.

I am feeling pretty good this time around and I am hoping to stay below 160 for the rest of my phase 3 and since I plan to do phase 4 for a longer time due to upcoming holidays I really don't want to let things get out of hand too far. If I can stay under 160 that will mean I only have 25 more to go to reach my goal weight after the holidays. It seems really far off at this point though but I am determined.
157.8 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sure be happy to share it with you, I will pm the recipe to you. I ended up doing a shrimp salad over baby spinach and thinned out the mayo for a dressing. It was very good. Thanks for always being my cheerleader! You are doing a really great job yourself and since you will be starting another round in just a couple of days you will be down to your goal weight soon. I am soooo happy for you.
