I have to plan out what/how much I'm going to eat every day, even weekends, otherwise I WILL go over.

For me it’s 1300 and I concur that planning is the key. Those calories get spent fast! It’s like budgeting your money, it’s amazing how fast a $20 in my wallet will disappear if I fritter it away by spending a little here, a little there.... etc

Did you record your bacon correctly? I think 3 slices cooked would have that much calories

I changed the bacon for some reason it said cured bacon... I just put regular fried bacon 4 slices

If going over is inevitable spend whatever you are missing for your macro nutrients for the day on what you will eat. This way you can still get close to those numbers.

If I was going to consciously go over calories which I do too often, I’d go with protein and fats rather than carbs. Unless maybe you are doing some cardio now or later in the day? Just me thinking 🤔

If you cook bacon you should enter the cooked amount unless you ate all the bacon fat that rendered off
