Feeling good this time about phase 3. I am feeling hungry this morning so the HCG must be out of my system. I will start eating higher calories today but I will try to stay high in protein and stick to p2 only foods. My plan today is to eat 4 or 5 mini p2 meals (sans starch and extra fruits) over the day and see if that helps to quickly stabilize my weight. I don't want to be still working on stabilizing when my vacation gets here at the end of the week.
157.4 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

How cool that you have the whole day planned out. Sometimes that works out really better for me because I have plan to work fom. Welcome to P3!! For a while anyway we are on the same phase. I have really learned a lot from you and I really admire your determination!! Ellie

Awe thanks Ellie!!! You have been one of my best supporters and I so so so appreciate your encouragement. I am always happy to help a buddy!! You have done a fabulous job and I am really proud of you! We will both soon be at our ideal weight and I am super super happy for both of us! Yes I am trying to do p3 just right and wanted to make sure I got enough calories without adding in any really new foods or non p2 foods. I worked it out last night so I could bring snacks for in between meals on my morning and afternoon break. I wanted to make sure my carbs were not too high, my protein was high enough, and I got enough calories for the day. Hopefully my plan will work! Cross your fingers for me.
