Great night last night. Eating was a little anticlimactic, but very tasty I could have easily gone longer but it would have bothered E. No stomach pains when I stated eating. So, yay on that!

I did not get to my 10 mins of my fit board at lunch yesterday. I was on the phone with many people trying to get the solar panels on my house turned on. They have been installed since 6/7, and got the OK from the town on 6/21...I am wasting daylight and it is making me very frustrated. We already had a loan payment...I would really like a to be soaking in some kw! We are waiting for the electrical company to turn us on and install the meter.

Thankful:
I was never into having kids but I am thankful for the one I have. We all have a very good time. I am walking with a friend on lunch and going to dinner/movie with another friend. I love being surrounded by a good group of people.

Goal for day:
Soup and salad at Panera Bread. We are sneaking Starbucks and low cal popcorn into the movie. Extra goal is not to get caught!

Positive Thoughts:
With OMAD, the Spike Diet and extended fasting, I can not fail...It might take me months. It might take me years. But I will get there...this I KNOW!
239.6 lb Lost so far: 40.4 lb.    Still to go: 79.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I love the way you recognize your gratitude and goals. It's inspiring. And I support the movie plan; when they offer better choices at reasonable prices I believe less people will be inclined to do the same.

Thanks Bella! :-) The movie places should sell plain chicken (maybe on a stick?) and some fruit. I might, sometimes, maybe, possibly over pay for that. It would be much better than getting the kids super sugared up so they can't sit still during the movie. LOL

Chicken on a stick..lol. Is it Dunham who has the puppet that does the 'on a stick' joke? I don't go to movies often but I'm always tempted to sneak in my plain old bottle of water instead of paying $50 for one there.

I got two iced coffees, a cookie and two zip lock gallon bags of popcorn in there. I am a master!
