Getting back on track. So easy to pick up the pounds:( It takes weeks to lose what you gain in three days. LOL. Drinking more water seems to help and laying off all soft drinks seems to help too. It is a process. I will get there.
241.6 lb Lost so far: 26.4 lb.    Still to go: 41.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.4 lb a week
