So excited to actually see a difference I was getting a little worried, my biggest problem isn't eating to much, its eating to little. Before I joined this site I was maybe eating 1500 calories a day.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
