Got my weight and height taken today at my 6 week post partum check up. It seems like breastfeeding is working in my favor.
I was cleared for exercise... Gonna resume on Saturday.

172.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 17.8 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 3.1 lb a week
