Not so bad after not keeping track for a few days. It was my twin daughters birthday and was too busy to keep track.. also had Cale and ice cream on a few occasions but I’m going to stay away from sweets now..
155.6 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
