Day 2 of my crazy diet. Didn't do so hot last night, had taco bell for dinner but i figured if that was my last junky meal then i deserved it. I did some push ups and some sqats... all i can say is damn that hurt. But I'm gonna keep doing them because I don't want to be fat forever.
