well, I actually weighed myself yesterday, but looking at my entries, I didn't record it. Just got off the ski machine. Spent 15 min on it using both arms and legs. I got a good work out. If I could just get my hubby on board with being healthier, this would be so much easier.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
