Almost done with p2 for a bit. I am a bit nervous about p3 again but tomorrow is my last day to spray and then I will see how things go especially on my retreat vacation.
158.6 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

YAY! Love that I can 'comment' on your page now! Don't be nervous about P3. It's so much more fun than P2!!! And you are doing great! :) What type of retreat are you going to? And when do you go?

Thanks, Yep...I think I am under the radar now after keeping my head low for a while. I will try not to be nervous...last one was a bit rough. I am going to an ashram type retreat in texas for a week. I will be there from Aug 7-13 and so I will be eating vegetarian indian style food so it will be interesting since the menu will not be under my control. I hope I stabilize well, I think I will still be able to head into town to do a steak day if I need to or maybe I will bring the stuff to make a vegan steak day in my room if I have to. Not quite sure. Anyway I am really glad for the chance to recharge and am looking forward to it!
