I'm on the last day of a cleanse and felt great! I took my son and nephew (both 5yrs) to the park and ran around with them. I didn't get a sweat going or heavy breathing but I did enjoy myself!
167.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
