I know the holidays had me up a few pounds but I have gotten back on track, not that I was that far off, but I started this year off on the positive and I am already down to 155. Feeling great about life! Thank you Lord!
155.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
