Down to 164lbs and while I only dropped 0.4lbs since my last weigh in I still feel like it is a success. I have decided to weigh in every other day to remove some of the anxiety and pressure I put on myself. One highlight of my Fat Secret journey thus far is that I've been able to eat what I want and still get below 100% RDI. If Fat Secret restricted what we could eat like some diets I probably wouldn't have lasted a day. For example, on Monday I was able to meet a friend at Firehouse and get the sub I love AND add bacon to it with a bag of chips. What worked for me was putting that in my journal first and then working around the remaining calories for the rest of the day. I usually work remotely but today I'm on site which means I'll probably grab lunch. I've decided to go to Chic Fil A and have a Spicy Sandwich (No Butter/ No Pickle) a small fry and a cup of water. This will allow me somewhere in the range of 1500 calories for the rest of my day. I've also found some great apps that have taught me some great calisthenics exercises which keep my routine fresh and allow me to break a nice sweat. Hope everyone has a great day!
164.0 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
