What a year it’s been !!!! Gained weight and 2019 has been by far my worst year since 2016... I’ve been comfortable around 175 and that’s what I’m aiming for... This journey never ends, it’s never a straight line... my road has been bumpy these last few months but I will NEVER GIVE UP!!!
