I've lost 1.5 inches in my waist since last Saturday. I started 30 Day Shred last Sunday and did it 5 times in the past week (level 1).
219.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
