had a good interval workout this morning. Can't get my heart up as high, but I'm still working hard. Heart rate went from 178 to 121 in less than 2 minutes. Felt good afterwards.
218.9 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
