It was hard in the beginning but now I'm starting to enjoy exercise, I feel more fitter and healthier. Only hard work will pay off and with Christmas around, I've planned a healthy meal.
163.6 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 163.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
