Hopefully will get into the 150's before the end of the week to begin phase 3.
160.2 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 25.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

464 kcal Fat: 7.73g | Prot: 53.08g | Carb: 84.88g.   Lunch: Minced Garlic, Cottage Cheese (Nonfat), Calorie Free Alfredo Sauce, Konjac Powder, GG Crispbread, Miracle Noodles, diet grape juice, Ginger, Cabbage, Apples. Dinner: Sugar Free Calorie Free Chocolate Syrup, GG Scandinavian Bran Crispbread, Miracle Noodles, Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen), Strawberries, egg white, egg. more...
losing 16.8 lb a week

Thank you! Before I started this diet I was about to go shopping for a one piece. Don't get me wrong - there are some SUPER cute 1-pieces, but I was about to move into the exclusively one piece wearer phase of my life!
