Getting closer to the weight goal but as I progress I see that obviously weight goals, while admirable, don't really give the results I'm looking for. Overall shape and tone are far more important; fat loss is the harder aspect to measure and that's what I'm looking for more than weight loss.

But either way my progress is coming along very well and I'm happy to have reached this level of fitness.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
