Still doing well at eating less and better and working in some activity, even if it's just a walk around the block. I am a little concerned that the eating less is bordering on the obsessive (i had eating disorders when i was younger). How do you walk the line between healthy habits and too much?
205.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
