205lbs - 4lbs fluids= 201lbs

Yay I'm slowly losing weight, and I'm doing it the healthy way slowly and that way hopefully it will stay off!

201.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
