OK. This not exercising for the past 2 weeks is not working. Back to my schedule on Monday. You would think I would learn tasting steak and potatoes without burning off the calories and continuing to build muscle will... gain me this extra weight. I know, I know, what's a few pounds? Well, that few pounds goes right to my stomach. Pleasure time without work is over!!! Enjoy the holiday weekend. 😁😁😁
