Still on TOM. I paid a great deal for my indulgences. Lets just see if I can get back down below 160 and stay there. I know the physical reasons for not being able to withstand temptations...TOM and such...but I am still working on the emotional aspect. I want to be able to feel less vulnerable as I lose more weight.
