Well, I knew the slide down couldn't last forever, but it was nice while it lasted. lol. Up a pound today. I was really hungry yesterday, but it makes sense. I did a lot over the weekend and had the scale jump down so far. And chugging extra water and tea was not helping yesterday. Ended not measuring dinner. Just put my pasta and shrimp in a bowl and ate the delicious buttery, herby mess. Also one of our vendors where I work came by and cooked steak lunch for one of our departments, so I got to take home a leftover steak. We ended up doing surf and turf and it was delicious. We still had almost 3/4 of a steak left, so I'm having some for breakfast and more for lunch today. Nom Nom Nom. Such good flavor to it too!!

So awhile back my husband finally caved and said we could get a cat. And 4 weeks ago a friend of mine ended up with 2 litters of kittens. One of the litters is 1/2 Persian and 1/2 maine coon. I had messaged them about getting one of the 3 Siamese colored kittens from that litter the night they posted pics of them on facebook. So I drive 30 mins to their house yesterday to see the kittens, and they're keeping the 3 Siamese and the other 2 kittens from that litter have been promised to other people. -_- She tried to offer me other kittens, but just not interested in them. I wish they had just been upfront and told me none were available from that litter. 1hr round trip after work with both kids to see kittens we're not getting...yeah. I am continuing the hunt for a kitten though. Eventually we'll find one that I click with.

Anywho, probably need to go back and edit my food diary for yesterday to reflect steak... lol. Gonna try to keep it as low cal as possible today, but if I have a strong appetite, then I'm gonna give into it. I think it's important to listen to your body. So if mine says Feeed me more meat, then I'm going to do it. I also have an issue with my blood cells being smaller than their suppose to be. I take an iron supplement for it daily, but I always worry that the meat cravings is because of that. I've never been anemic, but it's a possibility with the cells being smaller. :/
