So excited and shocked! I thought I would only lose like 2 or 3 lbs... 7 lbs GONE!!!!
184.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 49.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's amazing! You have lost 64 lbs! I know what you mean about the routine.... I am going to try to change it up a little though.
