207lbs-4lbs for fluid= 203lbs


I ate 2 slices of pizza for dinner, but I think I guessamated it was more than what it prob was.

203.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
