Down 0.4 today.
158.6 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think that in the book I got on the hCG diet, where it tells you which fruits you can add in a 'yes' and which to add in in moderation, it's going by the glycemic index (I would need to do some research to double check this). Since my body is sort of 'relearning' and recalibrating right now, I don't want to reset it as "normal = no carbs"! haha I think I'll do a little more research on GI - I've only begun to dabble. It was confusing at first, but I like the sites that just make lists of low, medium and high by food type. If you have any good links keep me posted :)
