Not to bad considering the 2 glasses of wine and small piece of garlic bread and cake I had at the wedding Saturday.. BACK ON TRACK!
176.4 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 41.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
