I've been giving myself more flexibility on the weekends and then trying to be more structured during the week. When DJ was down for Thanksgiving we did bench and pull-ups. And I followed the same routine on Saturday. It's not the same as P90X, but I should benefit from it and hopefully even get stronger.

It was very nice to have DJ and my mom down. Thanksgiving was great (other than straining my back at the annual turkey bowl). We all went an saw Lincoln. Ryan wrestled a few times and did well. We went out to eat a few times. The highlight of the week was all going with DJ to the temple for his first time. The week was great!

Just found out DJ has a girlfriend... We'll see how that goes.
