my words for this week...

"it's not just the body that needs to change, it's the mindset too"

over the past two weeks I've realized to look for improvements other then just on the scale and that gave me a little more strength to get past my self when I wasn't seeing enough results and it opened my eyes to things I didn't even realize was happening ..

I've never had the strength to "lift weights" and for the last 17 years I've not been able to lift my arms above my head for more then a second or it would trigger a migraine BUT I am now and without the migraines, I feel energy like I've never felt before, brain fog is gone and even though I am under a tonne of stress at work I'm not "feeling it" like I would normally

last 2 week I've been at the gym 5 days a week and set goals to do #10B410 (10,000 steps before 10am) and I've hit the goal for 2 weeks straight (well I will after I get my butt to the gym this morning).

I love wearing the tech and how it is helping me achieve my inner and outer potential.. I love that I have taken any pills in months and wellbeing just feel good!!!

above belly 32 ~ same
lower belly 38 ~ same
hips 39. ~ down 1.5
thigh 22 ~ same
calf 13 ~ same
arm 11.5 ~ gained
166.8 lb Lost so far: 24.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great job 🤗 it is all about mind set and personal goals isn’t it ? Keep up the good work We all have days we are not sure however we wake up the next day and charge at it again ❣️

That is nice that you are positive. And yes I believe mindset is part of it. So wonderful about the lifting
