Not a very good weigh in....Didn't get enough sleep last night and didn't drink enough water yesterday.

Today was a rough day....Rain and a minor car repair caused me to have to overexert myself and then I decided to hang curtains on top of all of that. Was out all day and didn't drink nearly enough water. Will have to see what the scale says tomorrow.

Yesterday I switched my setting so that people can comment...We will see how that goes for a bit. To my buddies who have sent me private messages....Thank you soooo much for all your support.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't be too hard on yourself! If you know you didn't have enough rest or water, it's not as if you messed up on your eating. The weight will come off!

I have totally been in your shoes. Sometimes there are so many things happening in our lives that we don't even think about drinking enough water and getting enough sleep. That is just normal sometimes. You know your body very well and just try to be patient with yourself. Up your water intake and decide to create a great day for yourself today and everything will settle back down again. Sending you good vibes!! Ellie

Thanks both of you for the pep talk!! Feeling better today except for some sore muscles so I know I probably have some water retention but since I didn't cheat on food yesterday I am not worried about the stall. I am trying to remember to give myself a break. Not being too hard on myself is one of those things I am working on along with the healthy body!
