Chose Reasonably Well this time because we've decided to vary the diet a bit so that it better fit our tastes/needs. We are purposely including some foods that Chris bans in his book, but are staying within specific total calorie and carb guidelines. And it is working for us. Another 3 lbs this week.

It would be more accurate to change the diet to "My Own" and say that I followed it 100%. In other words, while I didn't follow the Chris Powel Choose To Lose diet 100%, I didn't "cheat" or "slip".
350.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 100.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am so proud of you! You have really come through for me and I'm happy your sticking with me on this even knowing how much time it takes to prepare your meals for work, your hanging in there and your a great inspiration, I honestly don't think I would have made it to our fourth week without you! :D I sure hope there are MANY more weeks ahead of us!
