Very surprised I have not gained weight in the last two months since I have really not been keeping track and eating whatever I want. On vacation last week and ate out every day. I am wondering if my scales are just lying to me. They do that sometimes. For now I will let them lie as it is motivating.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
