Fasting has gotten easier and easier. Sooner I have dinner, easier to maintain next day. by the time I eat lunch, 17-18 hours have gone by since last meal. No headaches, no stomach cramps... Today, I even didn't have my espresso with Stevia and 1 Tbs half and half that usually stops any cravings. Down 3 lb. and 1" off the belly.
