Keeping track this weekend was difficult. We went to a wedding reception on saturday, food was served (salad, bread, potatoes, chicken, cake). Sunday, we had dominoes for dinner, I had 1 slice of pizza, and a oven baked sandwich (med. veggie). I tried to look up the nutrition facts online, but I only found facts for pizza.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
