Not bad after being deathly sick for two weeks and a holiday. I've been around this for a week now. But back on workingout and walking agien. LET'S DO THIS!!!!!
280.0 lb Lost so far: 75.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
