Again, I'm not so focused on my weight as I am focused on healthy eating and strength training. I believe that as I focus on these two things, (as well as minding calories in vs. calories expended) I will achieve my goals. When this challenge is finished, I'd like to continue challenging myself in other areas. As for eating breakfast, I have not been consistent.
