I completely forgot about not eating after 8:00PM.
Last night, I had a nice meal with my husband. It was 9:30PM.
I will try to follow the time schedule that I promised myself!
149.2 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
