I have been really watching what I am eating and the doctors are laying into me to lose the weight! I am trying harder than ever. Will be going for more walks and limiting myself to nothing but whole quality foods. Will cut back on diet soda and drink more water too.
130.8 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
