Finally back down to below my last LSW.
159.4 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

459 kcal Fat: 5.63g | Prot: 57.95g | Carb: 70.39g.   Lunch: Now Pea Protein, Konjac Powder, GG Crispbread, diet grape juice, Ginger, Cabbage, Apples. Dinner: Sugar Free Calorie Free Chocolate Syrup, Miracle Noodles, Lowfat (1% Fat) Cottage Cheese, GG Scandinavian Bran Crispbread, Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen), Strawberries. Snacks/Other: cracker, wine. more...
