I completely crashed my diet over the weekend, but got back on track. i am finding so many yummy recipes! And I am excited to see that in 1 week I have lost 7lbs! i know it is probably water weight but who cares!! i lost weight lol
258.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 113.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

you start to lose the crap first which is awesome! you know you're healthier and getting rid of stuff that needs to be gone so you can be just you and start fresh.. i lost 14 lbs my first month and it was so easy but b/c i had a lot of crap to get out of my system from months of bad eating and not working out.. good luck!
