Return to work has been a disaster. I'm so tired all the time, all I do is eat to keep going. 😓
217.6 lb Lost so far: 27.4 lb.    Still to go: 72.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2811 kcal Fat: 123.66g | Prot: 96.99g | Carb: 326.77g.   Breakfast: Jelly Doughnut, Coffee with Cream, Nature Valley Protein Peanut Almond & Dark Chocolate. Lunch: Armstrong Old Cheddar Cheese Stick, Safeway Select Mini Cucumber, Beef Barley Yam, Summer Fresh Lemon Dill Hummus, Compliments Whole Baby Carrots. Dinner: McDonald's Poutine, Bonte Donair. Snacks/Other: Tim Hortons Hot Chocolate (Medium), Miss Vickie's Sea Salt & Vinegar Chips. more...

It can be so hard. I remember 20 years ago, I had terrible office job with jerk editor, I gained 20 pounds in six months. But I eventually lost it, but only to gain again years later. Some of us are always fighting the battle.

I feel for you! I wish i could help. But try to eat food that will keep you going without having a negative effect on your body, for example chick peas are full of protein and take a long time to digest so you will feel fuller longer or lentils or whole wheat pastas and bread. Also indulge in dark chocolate with is very beneficial whilst boosting the moral. Eat a hearty egg whites omelette with lots of veggies in the moring too. This will give you energy throughoutthe day without you gaining weight. We are here for you! 💜
