I went to a Zumba Class that finished at 8:00PM.
I had been cooking some Frijoles Peruanos while I was away at the Gym. Luckily, they weren't burned at all. I was hungry when I got home , so I ate them. YUM! I noticed that I was kinda low on the Calorie Count for the day. I hope that eating after 8:00PM didn't hurt me any. In the future, I will try to finish my meals/snacking before 8!
150.4 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
