Hang in there. Drink lots of water. Keep busy with things... Put all food out of sight. You can do it!!!!

I am new here, but I am rooting for you. You can do it. Don't be bothered by this week. I see from your weight history that you easily jump and drop upto 7 lbs a week. So keep going. Try to do a little walking, outside in fresh air if possible. Start with 5-10 min. a day, if you have health issues. Walking is not just for weight loss, it is a great mood booster and gives you that little bit you need to keep going. If you already walk, try to increase the amount and take a few moments to look at the sky and the clouds, look at the birds and the bees and the plants and the trees. You Got This!

Keep at it, don’t lose hope. Take it one day at a time, seriously, and celebrate small goals as victories (ie 1 day with swapping sodas with water, 1 day with eating more veggies and fruits as source of carbs than rice/potatoes/processed starches, 1 day with 10 minutes of exercising, whatever individual goals you can set)

Baby steps. One better decision at a time. You don't have to change everything at once. Make one small change, then another, then another. Pretty soon you'll wonder what all the fuss was about. :)

It's ok to mess up, just don't make it a habit. Tomorrow is a new day. Good luck!
