woke up this morning pretty early. I decided to weigh myself because it has been a week since I did that. Next week I will be on a different scale so it might read differently, but I think I'll keep recording my home weight here.

196.5 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 86.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
