I ate a some corn tortillas yesterday but it didnt hurt my loss too bad. DH was making crispy tacos and I was STARVING and had a huge headache. I figure better corn than flour right? Meh. Plan to over compensate today and make some cauliflower rice. :)
216.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 41.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
