What is it going to take to get this "ball" rolling! I am at my all-time peak - 364 at Dr.s office yesterday! And I thought I was cutting back at least a little! Still have not re-joined WW. Watching grandkids this week - so maybe next. Doing physical therapy - stiff and sore all over! Seems pointless with all this weight to move! But - at least I am moving. Did yard work yesterday - up and about! Thyroid is not controlled - viscious circle. Stress and anxiety increased also. So - a day at a time - try and find or muster-up my motivation. Feel overwhelmed! Will try and watch closer today!

What about doing Atkins or South Beach. I love the fact that I can eat if I feel hungry and not have to worry. The snacks work great when my grandkids come as they are good for them too. I do miss fruit but I have it when I want it and just allow for the carbs. Hang in there you'll get it.

Hey there! Sorry to hear your weight was up at the drs. office. I know it's hard to write down your points, but if have the WW materials or sliding scale, it definately is worth the effort to do it. I fall on and off with doing that, but when I do track, I always lose. If you can write down a realistic goal of what you want to lose this week and then by the end of the month too that is also really helpful to help you stay focused. It is hard, but you can do this. You will feel so good and your body will feel strong and will hurt less. We're all here to support you and want you to feel healthy and strong and filled with energy to chase after those grandkids! My buddies on here are terrific, so feel free to join our group! Rachel
