I could write an encyclopedia but here is the condensed version.
I married at nineteen. I am married to that same wonderful man for many years. I am a working mom and grandmother. My kids and grandkids are my favorite companions. We enjoy doing things as a family. Sundays consist of football and family dinners. I don't know what we do when football is not part of our family dinners. We all cheer for the same team and boo all the rest. Yes, around here folks do call me Miss Willie. For years I never had a weight problem. But health issues changed that fact. I started gaining weight rapidly. I felt that I would just lose it soon enough. But 10 years went by and I never lost it for good. I dieted and lost some and then just gain more after the diet stopped. Yes, time and my health fooled me. But I now see the light. I am ready to lose this weight. I did the diets and lost a lot of weight. But once I got off it, I gain all the weight back and more. I resisted weight watchers. It takes time to count all those points. But it is a good diet for me. I finally got those important points down with my handy point calculator. I am committed to losing my weight.
