I haven't exercised in like 4 days. I've had this infected cyst on my forehead. For the next 6 days I'm going to aim for a 1600 deficit to try and make up for the days I've missed making the 1400 deadline.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
